Policy Brief – Assessing the Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights of Women and Girls Iin Fragile and Conflict-Affected Countries in Africa

The policy brief drawn from REWiB’s study of the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and girls in fragile and conflict-affected African countries, with case studies from Sudan, South Sudan, the Central African Republic, Mali, Ethiopia and Nigeria.

It condenses the research into what a policymaker needs: where the legal protections already exist, where implementation falls short of them, and what would have to change for women and girls in these settings to reach the services those instruments promise. The full study is published separately as a research report.
