ICGLR Regional Action Plan 2018-2023

The International Conference on the Great Lakes Region’s regional action plan for implementing Resolution 1325, covering 2018 to 2023.

It reviews the state of implementation across the Great Lakes region — achievements and obstacles alike — sets that against the global and African normative frameworks, and then gives the plan itself: a matrix of priority actions, the coordination mechanism, the monitoring and evaluation arrangements, and the budget those priority actions depend on.
